SurfaceMax P-107:
- Is a multi-polymer blend designed specifically as a
modifier for asphaltic seal emulsions.
- Unlike all other additives using external
cross-linking of molecules; SurfaceMax provides INTERNAL molecule
cross-linking. The difference is night & day, external cross linking provides
little if any long-term benefit.
- Provides excellent resistance to water and most petro-chemicals,
and the deteriorating effects of the sun, including ultra-violet degradation.
- Used in sealcoat emulsions allows an exceptionally
high level of aggregate loading. Aggregates compatible with this product are
silica sand, slate, and especially boiler slag (known as "Black Beauty"
no other product will hold Black Beauty in such high aggregate loads.
SurfaceMax P-107 bonds exceptionally well to most Black Beauty and produced
and exceptionally durable & "hard" coating)
- Provides greatly enhanced resistance to tire
"pull-up" and "scuffing" in warmer temperatures. Soft "rubber" & "latex"
additives do not enhance warm weather durability!
- Outperforms in cold climates having a sealer no-freeze
temperature below 20°F.
- Easy to use in the field. User friendly-low-odor, no
"burn", and economically outperforms "latex additives" and the new so-called
"space age" additives & "miracle" products!
- Has a 17+ year PROVEN track record west of the
Rocky Mountains to select contractors.

un-modified sealers or other additives regardless of the specification levels

PLEASE NOTE: Some
people have been confused...20% and 22 lbs. aggregate per gallon is possible
but not required. Even 5% produced greatly improved results and 10% can
